Private Mentorship for Embodied Presence
Stay connected to yourself when life gets hard.
For self-aware women who understand themselves deeply, but still lose access to their clarity, wisdom, or inner knowing when emotional pressure rises.
Private mentorship helps you build the capacity to remain connected to yourself in those moments, and gradually trust yourself again.

When Emotional Pressure Rises
You may recognize your patterns.
You may know exactly why you react the way you do.
You may even feel deeply connected to yourself when life feels calm.

And still, when emotional pressure rises,
something shifts.
And suddenly you don't feel like yourself anymore.
Words disappear.
The body tightens.
You start explaining, fixing, pleasing, controlling or working harder.
You become defensive.
You withdraw.
Or everything inside you goes quiet.
And afterward, you may wonder:
Why couldn't I access what I know?
Why didn't I trust myself?
Why did I respond that way when I knew better?
You didn't lose yourself.
You lost access to yourself as your nervous system moved into protection.

Private mentorship is where we begin working with that gap, not by expecting you to stay calm all the time, but by helping you notice sooner, stay connected a little longer, and return more gently when protection takes over.

Who This Is For
This work may be for you if you've done a lot of inner work and still find yourself thinking:
I know this. Why can't I access it when I need it?
You May:
• Feel deeply connected to yourself when you're alone, but lose that connection around other people.
• Know what you want to say, then lose your words when a conversation becomes emotionally charged.
• Notice yourself pleasing, withdrawing, overexplaining, controlling, shutting down, or becoming defensive.
• Understand your patterns intellectually but still find yourself inside them before you realize what's happening.
• Second-guess yourself after difficult interactions.
• Feel clear about your boundaries until you're afraid of disappointing someone or losing connection.
• Long to trust your own perceptions, choices, needs, and inner knowing without needing everything around you to feel settled first.

You don't need more insight into who you are.
You need support helping what you already know remain available in the moments that matter.

What Begins to Change

The change is often quieter than people expect.
You begin noticing protection sooner.
You catch the moment you're starting to leave yourself.
You stay present a little longer in conversations that once overwhelmed you.
You recover more gently when you do shut down, react, withdraw, or lose access to yourself.
You begin to recognize what is true for you without immediately overriding it.
And little by little, something deeper begins to happen:
You start trusting yourself again.
Not because you always respond perfectly.
Not because you're never activated.
But because you're learning that even when protection appears, you can find your way back to yourself.
That is the capacity we're building.
Why Self-Trust Changes
It's hard to trust yourself when you repeatedly lose access to what you know.
You know the boundary, but can't hold it.
You know what you feel, then question it.
You know what you want to say, then lose your words.
After enough of those moments, it's easy to start believing that you can't rely on yourself when things get hard.
But self-trust isn't something you force yourself to have.
It grows through experience.
Each time you notice what's happening...
stay connected to yourself a little longer...
honor something you know...
or find your way back after protection takes over...
you give yourself another piece of evidence:
I can stay with myself here.
I can hear myself.
I can return.
That's how self-trust begins to rebuild.

A 3-Month Private Mentorship
This is focused, personal support for bringing your awareness into the places where it has been hardest to remain connected to yourself.
We work with what is actually happening in your life.
The conversation you can't stop thinking about.
The moment you shut down.
The boundary you knew you needed but couldn't hold.
The decision you keep second-guessing.
The relationship where you can't seem to access the grounded version of yourself you know so well when you're alone.

Together, we slow those moments down enough to understand what protection is doing and begin practicing another way of being with yourself inside them.
Not perfect regulation.
More capacity to remain connected to yourself, even when life is messy.

Is Private Mentorship Right for You?
This work tends to be a good fit or for women who:
-
Are already reflective and self-aware.
-
Have done meaningful inner, spiritual, therapeutic, or personal growth work.
-
Understand many of their patterns but want help changing what happens in real moments.
-
Want their awareness and inner knowing to remain more available when life gets hard.
-
Are willing to notice protection with curiosity rather than treating it as something to eliminate.
-
Want to develop a deeper relationship with their own self-trust.
-
Are ready to practice Embodied Presence in ordinary life, not only understand it.
This work is not about fixing you.
And it isn't about teaching you how to remain perfectly calm.
It's about building your capacity to remain connected to yourself when you can, recognize when protection has taken over, and learn that you can return.
Again and again.
Until returning to yourself begins to feel less like something you're trying to do...
and more like a relationship with yourself you can trust.

Begin with a Conversation
You don't need to know exactly what you need before we talk.
You may simply know that you've done a great deal of inner work, and you're tired of losing access to yourself in the moments when you need yourself most.
If that feels familiar, you're welcome to schedule a conversation.
We'll talk about what has been happening in your life, where you find yourself moving into protection, and what you want to become more possible.
And we'll see whether private mentorship feels like the right place to practice that together.

I work with a small number of private mentorship clients at a time so there is space for personal, meaningful support throughout our three months together.
